Adult Support: Flexible Assistance for Challenging Behaviors
We provide one-on-one support for adults with developmental challenges who may be experiencing any of the following:
– Unusual behaviors such as aggression, violence, or withdrawal
– Severe mood swings
– Difficulty with social relationships
– Issues like attention deficit, hyperactivity, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, or self-care challenges
Our services can be provided in the family home, hospital, workplace, or within the community.
Family home:
– Behavior Programming: We create and implement programs that promote positive and productive behaviors.
– Respite Services: We offer planned breaks for families, providing support directly in the home.
Hospital: We assist with behavioral needs during hospital stays and after discharge.
Workplace: For adults with special needs, we help with skill development, appropriate workplace behaviors, and provide encouragement and support.
Our staff work closely with the adult and their family, fostering a positive relationship and helping them shift from problematic behaviors to those that are socially acceptable and productive.
