SOCIAL SERVICE WORKERS (SSW)

Our Social Service Workers assist community agencies, Children’s Aid Societies, and mental health programs in supporting children, youth, adults, and seniors with behavioural, emotional, developmental, and psychiatric challenges.

What Our SSWs Provide

  1. One-to-one specialized behavioural support
  2. Crisis intervention and behavioural stabilization
  3. Support for individuals with social, emotional, or psychiatric difficulties
  4. Assistance in maintaining continuity of care during complex cases
  5. Collaboration with case workers, families, and treatment teams
  6. Respite support for overwhelmed caregivers
  7. Behavioural programs and transition planning

Our SSWs help organizations meet complex needs by offering customized staffing and behavioural services tailored to each individual.
